Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed after online payment is completed and the confirmation email is sent. The price is calculated according to the selected dates, applicable discounts and daily rates available at the time of the request.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out must be completed by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owner.

Changes

The booking can be moved through the booking management page if the new dates are available. Any price difference must be paid before the move is confirmed.

Cancellations

Online changes or cancellations are not available within 48 hours before check-in. Any refunds, penalties or special agreements must be arranged directly with the owner.

When the non-refundable rate is selected, the discount shown in the booking summary applies and the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved to different dates unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owner.

Essential rules

Guests must respect the property, its equipment, the neighbourhood and the maximum number of guests stated in the booking. Damage or improper use may result in additional charges.
